The first underground hospital was built in Ukraine. It is constructed based on a steel shelter by Metinvest in coordination with the "Skhid" Medical Forces. The medical stabilization point, which cost UAH 20 million, is located at a depth of 6 meters. The workflow transformation at three mining and processing plants was prompted by reduced loads at Ingulets GZK due to significant power supply limitations, increased costs because of forced electricity imports, and high cost of ore concentrate production.
