Occupational safety during production tasks is a priority. Kamet-Steel, together with experts from Metinvest Polytechnic, organised two-day training sessions on the top risks of lifting equipment. The participants were line managers of the plant's divisions. After all, they are the main link between the plant's managers, from whom production tasks are received, and the direct executors – the workforce. That is why it is so important for them to have technical knowledge of the safety of work using lifting mechanisms, to be able to correctly assess possible risks before starting such work and, at the same time, to correctly analyse and provide information to the employees performing the work.
