From Kamet Steel's locksmith shop to the frontline of the war
A guy with arms as strong as steel, a look of decision in his eyes and a sincere, kind smile. Every day, together with his comrades-in-arms, he brings a peaceful dawn closer for Ukraine. However, for two years now, he has been meeting his own dawn far away from his hometown and family.Before the war, Mykyta worked as a rolling stock repairman at the Kamet Steel's Railway Transport Department, where he repaired complex mechanisms and earned the respect of his colleagues for his responsible attitude to work. But from the first days of the war, his life changed dramatically. At the end of February 2022, he was mobilised into the Armed Forces of Ukraine.Having no combat experience, he sincerely wanted to defend his homeland, so he quickly mastered the military. And he has no regrets about his choice. He believes and knows that everything will be fine and that Ukraine will win after all.
