The workforce of Metinvest’s Consolidated Iron Ore is undergoing the video training programme “Protecting Life Under Wartime Conditions”. By November, a total of 8,627 employees will have completed the training. The programme is delivered during shift handover meetings, briefings, and routine workplace meetings.This war has created new risks that everyone must be prepared to face. For this reason, in 2026 the HSE Directorate of Metinvest’s Consolidated Iron Ore intensified its focus on safety issues associated with wartime threats.The video training programme was launched on 15 July. In total, 1,110 training sessions have been scheduled, covering 8,627 employees across all categories, including managers.
