Forbes: Metinvest Digital Ranked Among the Ten Largest IT Companies in Ukrainian Business

Metinvest Digital, Metinvest Group’s digital transformation partner, has been recognised as one of the ten largest subsidiary IT companies in Ukrainian business, according to Forbes Ukraine.The longlist of IT subsidiaries of Ukraine’s largest companies was compiled based on Forbes Ukraine’s “30 Champions of Digitalisation” and “202 Largest Companies” ratings. The top ten included those with the highest revenue in 2024, according to YouControl, Ukraine’s leading online company verification service.According to the publication, the total revenue of the ten IT subsidiaries of Ukraine’s largest companies amounted to UAH7 billion (US$174 million) in 2024. In US dollar terms, this represents a 160% increase compared to the pre-war year of 2021 and a 49% rise compared to 2023. IT subsidiaries are IT departments that have been spun off into separate companies. IT for the Real Sector: Universities and Businesses Join Forces in the Summer School on Digital Transformation of Manufacturing

Metinvest Ranked Among Ukraine’s Top 10 Employers and Tetiana Petruk Among Top 3 HR Directors

The magazine “TOP-100. Ratings of the Largest” and the business portal Delo.ua have recognised Metinvest as one of Ukraine’s top 10 employers for 2025 and named it a leader in business cooperation with educational institutions. In addition, they have ranked Tetiana Petruk, the Group’s chief sustainability officer, among the top three human resources directors (HRDs) in Ukraine.The publications identified the 100 best employers in Ukraine, as well as 35 HRDs from leading Ukrainian companies across various sectors of the economy. З початком агресивних воєнних дій у країні на криворізьких підприємствах Метінвесту посилили фокус уваги на навчаннях з ліквідації наслідків кризових ситуацій. Ukrainian students studying abroad will undergo internships at Metinvest enterprises

Metinvest has identified the most successful participants of Steel Force, a new internship program for Ukrainian students pursuing higher education in the UK. Its goal is to provide young people with the opportunity to build a career in an international company, as well as to involve them in the implementation of projects for the reconstruction of Ukraine and the development of the domestic mining and metallurgical industry.During the first stage of Steel Force, 30 students from 16 British universities were united into teams that, with the support of mentors – Metinvest's managers of various levels – worked on real business cases of the company.
