Metinvest Polytechnic, a Ukrainian private mining and metals university, has graduated its first specialists in modern engineering and technical specialities. It issued diplomas to 143 master’s students enabling them to work at any enterprise worldwide. The National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance has accredited all the university’s educational programmes.The graduation ceremony took place on 3 April in Kyiv. The ceremony was attended by the management of the university and Metinvest Group, representatives of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance and the Federation of Metallurgists of Ukraine, as well as rectors of other technical universities in the country.Students were enrolled in 11 educational programmes. Metinvest is implementing a new work model for its Kryvyi Rih mining enterprises. A unified administrative and management centre will manage Central, Ingulets and Northern GOKs from April 2024.
