Zaporizhstal continues to implement the "Workplace Amenities" program, within which utility rooms for employees are being renovated.In 2025, the company carried out major overhauls of sanitary and amenity rooms in the open‑hearth furnace shop, the instrumentation shop, the motor transport department, and the central electrotechnical laboratory; the repair of the sanitary and amenity room of the water supply shop is ongoing.The total amount of investments in the renovation of the facilities in 2025 exceeds UAH 13 mln. The total area of the renovated premises will amount to 530 m², and at least 450 employees of the enterprise will use them.In particular, the plant recently put into operation a renovated sanitary and amenity room of the open‑hearth shop with an area of over 280 m². Perished while defending Ukraine: in memory of the fallen Zaporizhstal employee

The young Zaporizhstal employee Oleksandr Melnikov perished in the first weeks of the full‑scale war while repelling an enemy attack in the Donetsk region.In civilian life, Oleksandr Melnikov had worked at Zaporizhstal as an assistant locomotive driver in the railway transport department. He had worked at the enterprise for a short time, nearly a year. When the full‑scale invasion began, the 25‑year‑old man was on vacation. On February 27, 2022, Oleksandr voluntarily went to the military enlistment office. That same day, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The 1st Army Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine's Azov Brigade received a batch of drones from Metinvest worth UAH 214 million: total assistance over the year reached UAH 600 million

Rinat Akhmetov's Steel Front defence initiative handed over another large batch of drones to the 1st Army Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine's Azov Brigade. The value of the transferred equipment amounts to UAH 214 million. This delivery became another stage in the systematic support of the corps by Metinvest Group in 2025. Taking into account this latest batch of drones, the total amount of assistance provided to Azov over the year reached UAH 600 million. The funds were allocated to supply the most critical technological solutions for the front, as well as to provide logistical and technical support to the units. "In 2025, we continued to support the 1st Army Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine's Azov Brigade in areas of critical importance to combat operations: electronic warfare systems, UAVs, means of communication, fuel, and technical support. The total amount of this assistance is UAH 600 million," stated Oleksandr VODOVIZ, Head of the CEO's Office of Metinvest Group.Rep
