Colleagues were among those who congratulated Zaporizhzhia Refractories’ long-serving employee Mykola Kuzmin on his centennial anniversary.
In the whirlpool of life’s trials and adventures, we sometimes encounter stories that become examples of hope, resilience, and dedication. The life journey of Mykola Maksymovych is one such story. In 1995, he became a part of Zaporizhzhia Refractories’ team, where he immediately proved himself to be a talented and promising employee. Over the years, Mykola Maksymovych honed his skills and knowledge, moving up in the company from a gasman to a foreman of a gas rescue station.
Working at the gas rescue station, Mykola Maksymovych performed various tasks to ensure safe and effective management of gas equipment. His experience and professional knowledge helped to keep other employees safe. Throughout his career, multiple generations of employees were taught this craft by Mykola Maksymovych.
Today, when he is 100 years old, our senior colleague remains energetic and still remembers his career path at the enterprise. His experience and wisdom serve as a bottomless source of inspiration for his family and employees of Zaporizhzhia Refractories.
