Metinvest-SMC, the sales arm of Metinvest Group, has selected participants for an internship in its sales team. The group included twenty-two students from various regions of Ukraine.

A total of fifty students from Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Vinnytsia and Mykolaiv applied for the Metinvest-SMC internship. To select the top candidates, the company held a final in-person selection event in the capital city.

Working in teams, the participants tackled challenges related to selling steel products to potential clients. Students also had the chance to learn more about Metinvest-SMC's operations, while top managers and regional sales managers shared interesting work cases with them.

In the end, twenty-two students successfully completed all stages of the selection process. Over the next two months, they will undergo training with Metinvest-SMC's regional sales teams. The interns will be actively engaged in solving real business challenges. Additionally, interns will be paired with professional mentors and participate in corporate training sessions.

Official employment under an employment contract is provided for during the internship period. Upon completing the internship, the company will provide letters of recommendation and a certificate of completion from Metinvest-SMC. The most promising interns will receive job offers.
