Metinvest Central GOK has conducted a training workshop dedicated to safe working at height for loading staff.Around 70 employees have participated in classroom and hands-on training. During the classroom training, specialists discussed the requirements under "Rules of labour protection during work at height", options for performing tasks, use of special equipment and devices, and personnel actions in case of emergencies.Hands-on training included the honing of skills at the training ground. The participants of the workshop had the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in real-life situations, which facilitated deeper learning and skill acquisition. The workshop was conducted by Valerii Saveikin, head of Central GOK's HSE department.
