Kamet Steel's Unique Axle Rolling Mill Produces This Year's First Lot of Railcar Axles

Metinvest Polytechnic Announces Recruitment for Postgraduate Studies for First Time This Year

To accomplish research achievements and support talented researchers, Metinvest Polytechnic announces its first recruitment to postgraduate studies. Currently, applicants are offered four study programmes: metallurgy, mining, materials science in metallurgy and mining, as well as automation, computer-integrated technologies and robotics. This year, admission to postgraduate studies will be through competitive examinations, including in a foreign language. Online courses have been introduced at the university to help prepare for exams. The university's admissions committee noted that for admission to the third level of higher education, the foreign language score must be at least 130, and the general academic competence test (GAT) score must be at least 100. According to dsnews.ua, Metinvest Group ranks among the ten largest taxpayers in Ukraine.In its article “Top 10 Companies Among the Largest Taxpayers”, the publication ranked Ukrainian companies by revenues in the public rating of the YouControl system for 2023.In 2023, Metinvest Group, including its associated companies and joint ventures, paid UAH14.6 billion in taxes and duties to budgets of all levels in Ukraine.
