Metinvest joins TitansUA, a public project aimed at supporting veterans in Kryvyi Rih.

TitansUA, a large-scale regional initiative providing comprehensive support to war veterans and their families, was launched in Kryvyi Rih. Its goal is to unite warriors who have endured the hardships of battle, survived severe injuries and amputations, and achieved significant success in their careers, sports, and creative pursuits without giving up. All 15 communities in the Kryvyi Rih district actively participated in the project. Ambassadors – veterans already working in various fields who can share their experiences – will assist in implementing TitansUA programs. Currency easing by the NBU doesn't address the issues faced by big businesses

Due to the restrictions imposed by the National Bank, large businesses in Ukraine are unable to access Western capital markets and thus cannot pay their creditors. A training ground built at Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs with assistance from Metinvest was inaugurated on the occasion of the Constitution Day

Metinvest Group supported the project of building a training ground for future law enforcement officers that currently study at the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs. The company allocated UAH 1.9 million for the construction work.Because of the war, the university was relocated to Kropyvnytskyi. Returning to a peaceful life is made easier for Oleksandr Panchenko by his family, his native enterprise, and his job.In March 2022, Oleksandr Panchenko, head of the automation control department of Zaporizhstal, volunteered for service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During that period, the plant was preparing for a forced shutdown of production."When the full-scale war began, I was well aware that my skills would be valuable. Given my expertise in radiation and chemical weapons, I served in radiation and chemical reconnaissance during my younger years. When the occupiers initiated attacks on Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP), and later when the russians employed chemical weapons in Mariupol, I felt compelled to act," says Oleksandr PANCHENKO.During that period, the plant was getting ready for a hot mothballing. After preparing the equipment for shutdown and archiving the software, Oleksandr joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on 7 March 2022. He underwent training
