Jobs for Heroes. OBOZ.ua Recognised Metinvest As One of Top Employers In Ukraine

Metinvest Group has been included in the list of the best employers in Ukraine and recognised in the "Jobs for Heroes" nomination, oboz.ua reports.

The online media outlet collected information on working conditions from the country's largest employers and identified the list of the best. The companies were divided into different categories: some have focused their efforts on creating a comfortable environment for veterans, while others have deliberately abandoned any restrictions on age and experience and train specialists virtually from scratch.

The media outlet believes that big business should now think not only about how to help mobilised employees, but also about how to create conditions for them to comfortably return to their usual place of work or retrain within the company.

Retraining, creation of veteran communities, preparation of teams for the return of demobilised employees, as well as care for veterans and conditions for their return to work were the main criteria for determining the winners of the Work for Heroes nomination.
