Metinvest Group has received recognition at the national HR Brand Ukraine award, which is presented for the most successful projects in the field of human capital management.
HR Brand Ukraine is an annual award aimed at raising standards in people management and promoting the development of the HR sector through the dissemination of best practices and innovative solutions. This year, 50 leading Ukrainian and international companies competed for top honours, presenting more than 70 unique HR projects. The winners were selected by a professional jury across 15 categories.

According to the award organisers, all participating HR projects are based on a people‑centred approach, enabling companies to build resilience in extremely challenging times and to transform in response to the challenges posed by the war.
In particular, the Best Project for Engaging Young Talent category was won by Metinvest's new internship programme, Steel Force, created for Ukrainian students pursuing higher education in the United Kingdom. Its goal is to provide young people with the opportunity to build a career in an international company, as well as to involve them in the implementation of projects for the reconstruction of Ukraine and the development of the domestic mining and metallurgical industry.
Metinvest launched Steel Force in early 2025. Following the selection process, more than 20 students completed paid internships at the company's assets both abroad and in Ukraine. Each participant followed an individual programme across various disciplines, including finance, investment, engineering, sales, HR, etc. The young Ukrainians were immersed in the company's corporate culture through participation in its programmes and initiatives and received mentorship from experienced Metinvest employees.

Another Metinvest project became a finalist in the Company Cultural Code category of HR Brand Ukraine. The jury highly praised the cross‑cultural skills development programme designed for Metinvest employees who interact with colleagues, partners, and clients from different countries. It includes a multi-module online course with theoretical materials, practical cases and tests, as well as webinars and discussions with international experts.
Metinvest's HR initiatives receive not only national but also international recognition. It is worth noting that two projects of the company have reached the finals of the International Brilliance Awards: a war veteran reintegration ecosystem and a comprehensive programme for talent development and retention at Metinvest's international facilities. The award winners will be announced in January 2026.
