More than 1800 people received another batch of aid from Metinvest

Metinvest's mining and processing plants, in cooperation with the Kryvyi Rih Foundation for the Future, continue their humanitarian mission in the communities of Dnipropetrovsk and Kirovohrad regions. The partners have recently delivered more than 1,800 care packages to the most vulnerable Ukrainians as part of the Saving Lives project.

Another batch of hygiene packages was delivered to single mothers, adults and children with disabilities. Thanks to Metinvest's systematic support, these families are able to save their family budgets and reallocate them to other important areas. In early May, the packages were transported to Lozuvatka, Gleiuvata, Petrivsk, Karpivka, Shyrokiv and Grechanopodivsk communities.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Metinvest's assistance has covered 15 communities in Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovograd, Kherson and Donetsk regions, as well as communities in Kryvyi Rih and Kamianske. Furthermore, Metinvest's volunteers from Kryvyi Rih sent a batch of baby food to Odesa perinatal centres. In total, since February 2022, the company has donated more than 125,000 food packages and canned food, and more than 25,000 packages of hygiene products, condensed milk, flour, cereals, etc.

For more than two years, Metinvest has also been improving living conditions in rural buildings where Ukrainians who have lost their homes or whose homes are located in the occupied territories live. The company buys furniture, household appliances, textiles, and other essentials for a comfortable life.
