SCM Companies of Rinat Akhmetov Paid Nearly UAH 94 Billion in Taxes in 2025

According to the results of the 12 months of 2025, the Ukrainian, associated, and joint enterprises of SCM investment group contributed nearly $2.2 billion (or UAH 94 billion) in taxes and duties to budgets at all levels. This represents a 26% increase compared to 2024.

Capital investments last year reached nearly almost $1.4 billion (or UAH 60 billion). A significant share of these funds was directed toward restoring infrastructure destroyed by Russia and ensuring the safety of key enterprises. SCM companies actively invested in upgrading production, strengthening energy security, and developing Ukraine’s logistics network.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, SCM companies of Rinat Akhmetov have invested approximately $4 billion (over UAH 150.5 billion at the weighted average exchange rate) in rebuilding infrastructure destroyed by Russia, constructing new facilities, and modernizing production.

Of this amount, $1 billion was allocated directly to the urgent restoration of infrastructure damaged by Russian shelling and large-scale air attacks.

In 2025, $0.3 billion (or UAH 13.2 billion ) was directed toward social programs. The largest expenditures were allocated to programs supporting residents of regions where the companies operate, as well as environmental protection initiatives.

In total, since the beginning of the full-scale war, SCM companies have paid over more than $8 billion (UAH 308 billion in taxes ).

SCM businesses, the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation, and the FC Shakhtar football club continue to support Ukraine and its people. Over four years of the full-scale war, more than $368 million (UAH 13.5 billion) has been allocated to assist both the military and civilians.
