Avdiivka defenders receive equipment worth over UAH 1.3 million from Metinvest

Avdiivka defenders have received another tranche of aid. Metinvest Group's Chief Operating Officer Oleksandr Myronenko handed over equipment sets worth over UAH 1.3 million to three brigades.

Ukrainian defenders, who are holding back and pressuring the enemy in all directions say that the occupiers cannot hide from the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Ukrainian land. And they are being helped by protective gear, modern equipment and special gear supplied by Metinvest as part of the Rinat Akhmetov's Steel Front largest private military initiative.

"We are proud of Ukrainian soldiers who are fighting for every inch of our land. To help our defenders succeed on the battlefield, we work in our cities and purchase the necessary equipment to be deployed on combat duty along the entire frontline. Each of us, through our work and sincere support, is bringing closer the moment when the Ukrainian sky and land will finally be safe for Ukrainians and free from enemies," Oleksandr MYRONENKO said.

From now on, three DJI Mavic 3 Fly More Combo drones in an extended configuration with additional capacious batteries will allow the Armed Forces of Ukraine to stay in the air even longer and keep a close eye on the enemy, adjusting the defenders' actions.

Two more DJI Mavic 3T drones equipped with sensitive thermal imaging cameras will keep watch alongside the brave Ukrainian soldiers, detecting enemy's equipment and manpower location even in the dark. Nine powerful EcoFlow charging stations will ensure timely and fast charging, while the Starlink satellite terminal will provide stable internet connectivity.

Three brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which are successfully destroying the enemy near Avdiivka, received equipment worth over UAH 1.3 million from Metinvest

The defenders admit that the successful operations in the Avdiivka sector include several enemy planes and helicopters, artillery pieces and equipment that will never again harm Ukrainian civilians and their homes. However, there is still work to be done - and the help they receive from Metinvest is so necessary to ensure that the counter never stops ticking.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Metinvest has donated over UAH 1.8 billion to help the Ukrainian army as part of the Rinat Akhmetov's Steel Front military initiative. More than 1,200 drones, 1,700 thermal imagers, more than 300 vehicles and other special equipment are helping the Ukrainian warriors defend the country's territory.
