In 2024, Metinvest’s project went through several evaluation stages, including nomination and a shortlist in September. On October 1, the team presented their project to the SAP jury, and on October 24, the announcement of the results marked the end of this process, highlighting the importance of the implemented changes for the company’s business.

The CRM system implementation at Metinvest Polska has enabled Metinvest to significantly improve operational efficiency by automating customer interaction processes, enhancing control at every stage, and ensuring scalability for future growth. A unified platform for handling requests simplifies access to information, accelerating response times to customer needs, minimizing potential errors, and enhancing service quality.

This victory was achieved thanks to the coordinated efforts of professional teams at Metinvest Holding, including the Commercial Directorate’s Transformation Group, Metinvest Digital, and Key Managers at Metinvest Polska. Their experience and expertise ensured the successful implementation of SAP solutions at our Polish Asset.
