Metinvest ranked among Ukraine’s top ten employers, while Tetiana Petruk was named one of the country’s 15 leading HR professionals

Metinvest Group ranked seventh in the list of Ukraine’s 100 Best Employers for 2026, while Tetiana Petruk, the Group’s Chief Sustainability Officer, secured 15th place in the ranking of the 50 Best HR Directors of Leading Ukrainian Companies, compiled by TOP-100. Rankings of the Largest magazine and the business portal delo.ua.

The list includes employers that demonstrate a systematic approach to people management by developing employee engagement, retention and onboarding programmes, supporting their teams amid labour shortages, and building strong employer brands.

Nearly 200 companies initially participated in the Best Employers ranking. The ranking was compiled based on an independent assessment by an expert jury, taking into account the results of an online vote conducted on the delo.ua portal.

The top ten employers also included Kernel, DTEK, Kyivstar, Farmak, Naftogaz Group, PrivatBank, McDonald’s Ukraine, ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih and Imperial Tobacco (Imperial Brands).

At the same time, Tetiana Petruk, Chief Sustainability Officer of Metinvest Group, was named among the country’s 15 leading human resources executives.

The editorial board of TOP-100 magazine compiled a longlist of HR Directors from more than 100 candidates representing brands across all key sectors of Ukraine’s economy. The ranking of the 50 Best HR Directors included participants who received the highest scores from the expert jury, taking into account the results of an online vote conducted among the delo.ua audience.

The top ten HR leaders also included representatives of Naftogaz Group, Kernel, DTEK, PrivatBank, Kyivstar, Astarta-Kyiv, PUMB, McDonald’s Ukraine, EVA and EVA.UA retail chains, and Vodafone Ukraine.
