More than 150 workers are learning new professions at Ingulets GOK. Training will provide an opportunity to improve the skills needed or may be needed to perform production tasks, contributing to further career growth.
Work in production requires constant professional growth and new thorough knowledge. That is why specialists are systematically trained at Ingulets GOK, including retraining those who have decided to master a new qualification. The plant's workers are learning the professions of electric gas welder, wheeled vehicle repair fitter, rolling stock repair fitter, crusher, mill operator, pumping station operator, etc. All groups gathered at the beginning of the year have already mastered the theory and are moving on to practical classes.
"Working in production in conditions of war and critical resource limitation requires team cohesion and awareness that employees should have several qualifications. At Ingulets GOK, we pay a lot of attention to training employees in technological and repair professions. This will make allow forming a stable, universal employee pool, which, if necessary, will be able to make production decisions and perform all types of work in a high-quality way," emphasizes Mykhailo Tsurkan, Director for HR and Social issues of Metinvest Group's InGOK.
We will remind that at the beginning of the year, 23 employees of the Central GOK were provided with the certificates of obtaining the additional specialty "Locomotive Driver," and 64 employees of the KRMZ completed a training course and received qualifications in two areas: "Electric welder of manual welding" and "Steel structures fitter."
