In October an unloader Fuchs MHL350 was commissioned at Azovstal after the three months of repairs.During this time the main assemblies and mechanisms had been repaired, as well as the motor to the value of UAH 800 ths had been replaced.The operating conditions of the unloader had also been improved.Project investments had amounted to UAH 7.7 million.
The three-month repair of the unloader Fuсhs MHL350, that was involved in unloading scrap metal and pig iron at the areas of Basic Oxygen Furnace and Blast Furnace Shops, was finished at Trackless Transport Administration of Azovstal.
A large amount of works had been performed - the internal combustion engine, high-pressure hoses, instrument control board with a control module and a monitor, magnetic station with all electric circuit wiring, oil radiator and other parts of lifting equipment had been replaced.
The boom hydraulic cylinders, ranging arm and slewing flange were repaired.The operating conditions in the unloader operator's cabin had been improved. The windscreen had been replaced, the internal accessories had been restored including the cabin microclimate system.
During the unloader's major overhaul contractors, specialized in the repairs of that machinery, were involved.The works on restoring the slewing flange were the most difficult and long lasting:under the conditions of Trackless Transport Administration they were performed for the first time and an individual design had to be developed as well as specialists from different fields had to be involved.The restoration thereof was carried out concurrently with the other works.
