The family medicine outpatient clinic in Nedaivoda village, within the Hleiuvate territorial community, is nearing the end of its reconstruction. The Metinvest Group supported the upgrading of the medical facility's surrounding area. Once the essential equipment is bought and set up, the clinic will provide services to roughly 1,400 residents from three local areas.
During the reconstruction, the clinic underwent a complete replacement of the heating and water supply systems, installation of a new diesel generator to ensure uninterrupted operation during power outages, and construction of a modular boiler house. The medical facility also received new windows, insulated façades, and a renovated roof. The renovation works were carried out at the initiative of the deputies of the Hleiuvate community.
Metinvest also joined this important project to support the medical facility. With the company’s funding, new curbstones were installed, access roads and parking areas were asphalted, handrails were added, and anti-slip stairs were built to ensure a comfortable and safe entrance to the clinic. In addition, to provide barrier-free access, an elevator to the shelter is planned for people with disabilities, the elderly, parents with strollers, and other groups with limited mobility.

“Comfortable and high-quality medical care is important at any time. Understanding this, even during the war, we managed to secure funding for the renovation of the outpatient clinic, which is so essential for the residents of Nedaiivoda and nearby villages. Very soon, the facility will start receiving patients – a family doctor and a physiotherapist will work here, along with support staff. Thanks to cooperation with Metinvest, the clinic now looks very attractive and modern on the outside. In addition, it’s convenient to drive up with a patient or park nearby. All the work has been done with an inclusive approach and smart planning in mind,” said Dmytro HURIEIEV, First Deputy Head of the Hleiuvate Village Council.
It is worth noting that with the support of Metinvest’s Northern Iron Ore, a renovated family medicine outpatient clinic is also operating in the village of Shevchenkivske in the Hleiuvate community. The work was completed during the full-scale invasion – after major repairs, the facility was equipped with modern medical equipment, furniture, and materials. The projects to support healthcare facilities in the community are coordinated by the NGO Kryvyi Rih Foundation for the Future.
