Metinvest Pays UAH8.5 Billion in Taxes to Ukraine’s Budget in H1 2026
Over more than four years of full-scale war, Metinvest has continued to support Ukraine’s economy. In the first half of 2026, including its associated companies and joint ventures, the Group paid UAH8.5 billion in taxes and duties to budgets at all levels in the country.The three largest tax payments were subsoil use fees, amounting to UAH2.3 billion; the single social contribution, totalling UAH1.7 billion; and personal income tax, of UAH1.5 billion.In addition, over January to June 2026, Metinvest’s Ukrainian businesses paid UAH777 million in value-added tax, UAH636 million in land tax, UAH490 million in corporate income tax and UAH437 million in military levy.
