At the Ukraine Recovery Conference held on 11 July 2025 in Rome, Metinvest Group joined the Human Capital Resilience (HCR) Charter. The document was signed on behalf of the state by Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy, Ministry for Veterans Affairs and National Bank.
