Zaporizhzhia’s Svitanok Kindergarten Receives Modern Kitchen Equipment

The Rinat Akhmetov Foundation donated modern kitchen equipment and kitchenware to the catering unit of the Svitanok preschool education institution in Zaporizhzhia. The assistance was provided as part of the Rinat Akhmetov for Children programme to ensure hot meals for the kindergarten's students despite the challenges of living in a frontline city.Nataliia Yemchenko, Chair of the Foundation's Supervisory Board, and Kseniia Sukhova, the Foundation's CEO, presented the certificate to the kindergarten's management. First Hugs: Participants in Kryvyi Rih's Hibuki Therapy Training Received Their Special Therapy Dogs

Training in Hibuki Therapy, a psychological support programme for children, is continuing in Kryvyi Rih. The project is being implemented with the support of Metinvest Group, the city's Department of Education and Science, and is coordinated by the NGO "Kryvyi Rih Foundation for the Future." Fresh start among fellow soldiers: defenders from Metinvest Integrated Iron Ore Plants are recovering in Myrhorod as part of the Veteran Camping programme

As part of its comprehensive veteran reintegration programme, Metinvest has been running its Veteran Camping initiative for the second consecutive year, helping Ukraine's defenders recover physically and psychologically. This summer, 13 employees from the company's Integrated Iron Ore Plants have already had the opportunity to rest and recover in the Poltava region.Veterans returning to work at Metinvest after military service receive special attention and care. The regional stage of the WorldSkills Ukraine National Skills Competition was held in Zaporizhzhia.Students of vocational education institutions and young employees aged up to 22 are competing for the title of the best in their respective professions. Metinvest Ranked Among Ukraine’s Top Three Employers for Veterans by Delo.ua

Metinvest Group has ranked third in Delo.ua’s list of the 50 best employers for veterans.The publication’s editorial team analysed the practices of Ukraine’s largest employers by reviewing dozens of questionnaires covering veteran employment, professional adaptation, educational programmes and career development opportunities.The ranking was based on two factors: the number of veterans employed as of 1 January 2026 (70% weighting) and the availability of dedicated professional development programmes for veterans (30%).
