Metinvest Group has been ranked among the top ten private taxpayers in Ukraine for 2025 by Delo.ua, maintaining its leading position in the metallurgy sector in terms of total tax contributions.The ranking, which includes companies operating across all major sectors of Ukraine’s economy, was compiled based on the total amount of taxes paid in 2024. The Delo.ua editorial team independently assessed the real contribution made by private businesses, taking into account all taxes and levies: from corporate income tax and VAT to excise duties, the unified social contribution and the military levy.According to the publication, the 100 companies featured in the ranking collectively paid more than UAH503 billion in taxes in 2024, representing around one-seventh of Ukraine’s consolidated budget revenues. Metinvest Group is among the 30 best employers for veterans in Ukraine for 2025, according to Forbes Ukraine.To compile the list of top employers for veterans, Forbes Ukraine sent questionnaires to 240 companies with more than 600 employees. The survey asked about veteran reintegration programmes, including the existence of dedicated communities, support for physical and mental rehabilitation, accessibility for people with disabilities and opportunities for retraining, among other aspects.Of the 100 companies that responded, 67 completed the survey. At the initial stage, 20 companies with less developed programmes were excluded.
