After graduating from Zaporizhzhya Professional Metallurgical Lyceum in 2014, Nataliia Kupriy joined Zaporizhstal as a crane operator in the cold rolling shop. Back then, Nataliia says, mastering the profession of an operator seemed like a challenge. However, under the supervision of experienced mentors, she quickly acquired all the necessary skills.
