Metinvest is launching a large-scale programme to increase the output of DR pellets for green steelmaking using direct iron reduction technology and premium feedstock for hot metal production. The programme envisages: ◾ Construction of a flotation facility to produce concentrate that meets quality requirements for DR-grade pellet feedstock; ◾ Revamping of the existing LURGI 552-A pelletising plant.
