Metinvest Group handed over electronic warfare equipment amounting to UAH 161 million to the Azov Brigade

In 2025, Metinvest Group, as part of Rinat Akhmetov's Steel Front defence initiative, purchased and handed over electronic warfare (EW) equipment amounting to UAH 161 million to the 1st Corps of the Ukrainian National Guard "Azov." Metinvest systematically supports the unit. This time, it concerns mobile and stationary EW systems used to suppress enemy drone control channels, reduce navigation accuracy, and protect positions and vehicles from aerial reconnaissance and FPV attacks. "Today, EW equipment is one of the key elements for survival on the front line. When radio-electronic protection is active, the enemy, so to speak, loses his eyes and hands. Метінвест продовжив на 2026 рік програму матеріальної допомоги співробітникам-молодятам та у яких народилася дитина

Попри складні роки війни життя триває – народжуються діти, створюються нові сім’ї, а поруч мають бути ті, хто підтримає у найважливіший момент. Саме тому Група Метінвест ухвалила рішення продовжити на 2026 рік програму матеріальної допомоги працівникам, які беруть перший шлюб і яких народилася дитина.Ця програма існує в компанії багато років, однак з початком повномасштабної війни її тимчасово призупинили. В ті складні часи Метінвест сконцентрував ресурси на забезпеченні безперебійної роботи підприємств на непідконтрольній ворогу Україні, стабільній виплаті зарплат, підтримці переселенців та колективів, а також допомозі збройним силам та громадам. How the "Free Waves" rehabilitation project for the military and veterans works in Zaporizhzhia

In Zaporizhzhia, service members and veterans undergo free aquatic rehabilitation. Water is not only a force of nature, but also an effective recovery tool. Mykhailo Prokutin, a war veteran who served for almost three years in the 15th Kara-Dag Brigade and participated in combat operations on the Orikhiv direction, has learned it from his own experience. He was forced to leave military service due to health issues. Today, he is a member of the "Free Waves" rehabilitation project for the military and veterans. According to Mykhailo, regular water-based exercises produced tangible results within two months. "It relaxes the muscles, you sleep better, feel better overall, and there is no muscle soreness. My heart started working better; doctors say my indicators have improved. I called my fellow soldiers and told them that such activities exist for us, because everyone has problems, both former and active service members. So let them come and improve their health," told Mykhailo PROKUTIN.

Zaporizhzhia Refractories manufactured over 95,000 tonnes of refractory products in 2025

According to the results for 2025, Metinvest Group's Zaporizhzhia Refractories manufactured over 95,000 tonnes of refractory products, reinforcing its status as a key local manufacturer of refractories and a reliable partner for the Ukrainian mining and steelmaking industry. The enterprise's products are used in the metallurgical, coke and chemical, energy, and food industries. The key products are aluminosilicate and magnesia products for various thermal equipment, refractory linings for open-hearth furnaces and basic oxygen furnaces, steel ladles, and more. In 2025, the main product consumers remained metallurgical companies of Metinvest ‒ over 34,000 tonnes were shipped to Zaporizhstal and almost 5,000 tonnes were shipped to Kamet-Steel.
