The third academic year has begun at Metinvest Polytechnic, Ukraine’s first private mining and metallurgical university. This year, more than 130 future bachelor’s students and over 75 master’s and doctoral candidates have been enrolled. Among the new students are 26 war veterans, employees of the Group’s enterprises and defenders of the Azovstal plant in Mariupol. Welcoming the new students, Olexandr Povazhnyi, rector of Metinvest Polytechnic, said: “Each of you is taking a step towards your professional future.
