Opendatabot, a service that monitors the registration data of Ukrainian companies and the court register, has published the 2026 Index of the Best Companies in Ukraine. The list includes the largest businesses by turnover.Both the financial statements of Ukrainian enterprises for 2025 and the business reputation of companies were considered while compiling the Opendatabot Index for 2026. Zaporizhstal has completed the first stage of major overhauls to the 1150 Slabbing Mill and the 1680 Strip Mill in the hot rolling shop.This is part of a systematic approach: traditionally, the plant carries out major overhauls of rolling mills throughout the year according to a clear schedule and in several stages. This approach allows for the timely refurbishment of components and ensures the reliable and uninterrupted operation of rolling equipment whilst production continues.The repair work was scheduled to last 48 hours, but the plant’s specialists completed the planned overhaul ahead of schedule. This allowed the units to be put back into operation ahead of schedule.
